Because individuals who qualify for and successfully complete such programs can have all charges dismissed and all arrest records erased, we do, when appropriate, recommend pursuing such an approach. In other cases, the nature of the allegations and circumstances surrounding the prosecution require an aggressive attack on the charges, and we proceed accordingly.
